HOW TO SHIP YOUR FIREARM TO US

First & foremost, PLEASE contact us prior to shipping a firearm to us!  We are a Federally Licensed Firearms shop and have the ability to receive firearms from all over the country and ship directly back to you once the work is done!  

Please follow the instructions below to insure best results and traceability in our shop: 

1.) Print a copy of our FFl (Link at the bottom of the page).   

2.) Print a copy of our Job Form (Link at the bottom of the page), COMPLETELY fill it out, include as many details as you can to help us out.  If you are only sending parts, please include a inventory list of ALL parts shipped to us and list out each part, along with what color you want on EACH part. 

If shipping a complete firearm, just list what parts you want coated and what color you want them as well.

Be sure to fill out ALL of the customer contact information as well. If you wish to be contacted when we start on your project, let us know and tell us what is the best way to get in touch with you whether that be e-mail, phone call or text. If we have any questions, we will contact you BEFORE we start, just to clear things up.  

3.) Include a copy of your STATE ISSUED DRIVER'S LICENSE.  We will ONLY be able to ship your firearm back to the address as it appears on your driver's license. 

4.) SECURELY pack your firearm or item into an unmarked package, include the following: a copy of our FFL, a COMPLETE Work Order Form and a copy of your state issued driver's license. Please include a RETURN shipping label (if not, you will be charged a $25 minimum to return your item). Avoid putting anything on the box that can identify its contents as it may make it a target for theft. 

5.) COMPLY with ALL federal, state and local laws & regulations.  If you have any questions, seek assistance from the appropriate authorities if necessary.  

6.)  Triple check to make sure that all magazines, but most importantly, all firearms are UNLOADED!  DO NOT ship us a loaded magazine or firearm.  

7.)  DO NOT ship USPS (believe it or not they hate shipping firearms)!  We recommend and prefer UPS, but FedEx is acceptable as well.  

8.) We also recommend tracking & insurance on your package as well.
